Technology Description
This screening method detects the presence of tumor DNA fragments (ctDNA) released into the blood based on fragments of cell-free DNA. These cell-free DNA fragments are extracted from the serum and then sequenced. The obtained data is pre-processed into four different ctDNA features: hotspot mutation, fragment length (FLEN), copy number alterations (CNA), and end motif (EM). The data is processed through a machine learning model and a convolutional neural network graph to classify the state and cancer types.
